Como era de esperar, Shimoda regresa al equipo Honda de f\u00e1brica para pilotear un CRF250R en 250SMX del Campeonato Mundial de SuperMotocross el pr\u00f3ximo a\u00f1o en Estados Unidos.<\/p>\n

Shimoda comenz\u00f3 la temporada 2025 con una victoria en el Anaheim 1 SX luego gan\u00f3 la final de SMX este oto\u00f1o norteamericano y obtuvo el t\u00edtulo 250 SMX, su primer t\u00edtulo profesional. Tambi\u00e9n se convirti\u00f3 en el primer piloto japon\u00e9s en ganar un campeonato AMA a nivel profesional.<\/p>\n

Shimoda dijo lo siguiente en un comunicado de Honda:
